Ezra Miller allegedly acted erratically and inappropriately around a mother and her 12-year-old non-binary son, the Daily Beast reports. On Wednesday, they received a temporary harassment prevention order in Massachusetts.
This is a different situation than last week, when the parents of 18-year-old activist Tokata Iron Eyes successfully obtained a protective order ruling that Miller could not contact or harass their son. The court was unable to hand over the papers, and Tokata is believed to be with the actor. Miller, who is also non-binary, deleted his Instagram this week after posting a series of memes mocking authorities who are looking The Flash Star.

The Massachusetts case stems from one night in February. The mother and her 12-year-old son were at a neighbor’s house when Miller arrived “wearing a bulletproof vest,” a person present told the paper. Daily Beast. The actor started talking about how the Parcheesi board game had Rastafarian roots, then exploded when someone asked them which sect of the Rastafarian movement it originated from.
“So they opened the jacket – they had this, like, big Sherpa jacket – and they opened one side of the jacket, you could see a gun, and they said, ‘Talking like that could put you in a very serious situation. ‘” reminded the person.
Miller reportedly turned his attention to the boy, who was 11 at the time, and hugged them uncomfortably and touched their hips. Miller asked the boy to follow them on Instagram.
“They automatically were weirdly drawn to me and kept talking about how they love my outfit and they love my style, and kept talking about how great it was,” the child said. “It was very uncomfortable. I was very nervous. I was scared to be around them after they yelled at my mom and she was crying.”
Miller apparently yelled at the mother and asked if she wanted to drink his blood. They ended up apologizing. Miller returned to the same residence on June 4 dressed as a cowboy, but has not appeared since last week’s scandal.
Tokata Iron Eyes’ parents accused Miller of taking care of their 12-year-old son. In court documents, they claimed that Miller exhibits “cult-like controlling and psychologically manipulative behavior”. They accuse the actor of using “violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions and drugs to dominate a young Tokata teenager”. They claim the actor directed Tokata to come out as a non-binary transgender.
On Twitter, Tokata’s mother said her “family is living a nightmare” and accused the actor of being physically and emotionally abusive. She claims that Miller is a “wannabe” for Charles Manson.
Yahoo Entertainment reached out to Miller’s representative for comment, but did not receive a response.
